Sem glasba, sem mesto

The festival of classical and contemporary music (“I am the music, I am the town”) comprises at least four concert evenings, which take place at the end of May at various venues in Novo mesto. The highlight of the festival is an International Singing Competition for young talent aged up to 32 years. Their performances are appraised by an international jury of six members which presents up to 5 prizes. The festival also offers a rich accompanying programme (lectures, museum exhibitions, art exhibitions, percussion workshop for children, raft ride on the Krka River, etc.).
