SALTO-YOUTH, amongst its other activities, provides an online repository of non-formal learning resources for youth workers and youth leaders.
The “Toolbox for Training” includes many tools (2,372 tools are listed up until October 2022) and activities’ ideas for youth work.
Depending on the tool you will select, the preparation will vary.

From the description of SALTO-YOUTH, the Toolbox “wants to be a learning community for trainers and youth workers in order to share, debate and increase the quality of educational methods in their daily work”.
